     Charming Swing is the Very Best Thing,
          To Be Doing On A Saturday Night,
      The Big Band Is In Town, The Kids Are All Down,
      At The Rainbow Club, To Everyone's Delight.

     The Jitter-bug and Big Apple Too,
      For Dances, These Are But A Few,
      Most All The Kids Are In their 'Teens,
      Wearing Folded Cuffs, on their tight fitting Jeans.

      The Floor is Crowded, there isn't much room,
       The Music Is Charming, the Coke's are the same,
       So Grab Your Partners and do your Swing,
       Only Too Soon, The Dance is over,
         
        And everyone goes home, with hearts full of Joys,
        All of the Girl's and each of the Boys,
        For This Dance was a Highlight in the lives of all,
        Just a Charming Swing in the memories of the Ball.
